Community Guidelines & Membership Agreement

1. Professionalism & Integrity

The foundation of the Community Commerce Alliance is trust. Members are expected to conduct all business dealings with honesty and transparency. This includes representing your credentials accurately and honoring all business commitments.

2. Independent Responsibility & Non-Affiliation

All members operate as independent entities. Participation in this group does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

  • Personal Accountability: Each member maintains sole responsibility for their own actions, words, and business decisions.

  • Non-Affiliation: The Alliance is not affiliated with, nor can it be held liable for, the individual behavior, social media presence, or public statements of any member.

3. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Community Commerce Alliance and its organizers are not responsible or liable for:

  • Quality of Work: Any "bad work," service failures, or errors committed by a member business.

  • Referrals: Any business transactions or partnerships resulting from referrals within the group. All referrals are used at your own risk.

  • Conduct & Speech: Any member's use of hate speech, discriminatory language, or unprofessional conduct. The liability for such actions rests entirely with the individual member.

4. Ethical Business Conduct

We strive to create a professional economy that benefits the entire community.

  • Fair Play: Members must avoid deceptive marketing or predatory practices.

  • Compliance: Members must adhere to all local laws and industry-specific licensing.

  • Zero Tolerance: Hate speech, harassment, fraud, or intentional misrepresentation will not be tolerated.

5. Removal & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to protect the integrity of this community. If we become aware of any unethical behavior, violation of these guidelines, or conduct that brings disrepute to the Alliance:

  • Immediate Removal: The member will be removed from the group and all Alliance platforms immediately.

  • No Refunds: All membership fees are strictly non-refundable. By joining, you acknowledge that removal for cause results in the total forfeiture of all dues paid.
